Eliran was born on the 9th of February 1985 in the city of Or Yehuda, Israel. He had his first encounter with the movie making world in High school, when he enrolled himself into a film course.

In 2007, after he was released from the army, Eliran was accepted into the film Program at "Camera Obscura" School of Arts, majoring in Directing and Producing.
